"She is really an incredible individual that has given back to the community without a second thought or recognition. She has kept quiet for too long and the community needs to thank her for her selflessness!"
Our mission as an organization is to provide assistance and resources to help individuals medically, emotionally, socially, financially and spiritually when in need and experiencing an illness, hardship, tragedy or devastation.
Proceeds & donations fund & benefit our relief program.
This message is to those individuals struggling with a devastating tragedy, a severe medical condition, tragedy or hardship and cannot afford the out-of-pocket expenses. Please, never think of giving up! Hold on to Faith, Hope, Strength and Determination. Believe through God, all things are possible. I learned first-hand the true meaning of two very familiar statements: "Walk by faith, not by sight" and "God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
Lack of knowledge about strokes nearly destroyed my life, but through the Grace of God, one of my family members survived seven years of a devastating ordeal that had taken more than seven years to overcome until his death October 24, 2012. I'm here to help and support others by having the knowledge to accomplish something that makes a difference, along with putting determination in a manner that benefit others. I began to read everything I could about strokes and the side effects of strokes causing brain injuries. I begin asking questions of every medical professional in sight, similar to most people, I didn't take action until it was too late.
Stroke is an extremely serious medical problem that has affected millions in all segments of our society. Health professionals are aware of this increasingly silent killer.
